This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, returns, or refunds may be processed for products supplied by Airbond, operated by Shiv Instrument. Airbond manufactures and supplies industrial equipment such as tyre air pressure gauges, vulcanizing machines, agriculture sprayer pumps, and commercial flange pumps. Orders are generally processed after confirmation through direct communication with our team.
All product orders are processed only after:
1. Order confirmation by the customer
2. Agreement on pricing and specifications
3. Confirmation through email, phone, or official communication
Once an order is confirmed and production or dispatch has started, cancellation may not be possible.
Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:
Before Processing
Customers may request cancellation before production or dispatch begins. In such cases, the order may be cancelled without any charges.
After Processing Begins
If production, packaging, or dispatch has already started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Airbond reserves the right to decide cancellation eligibility based on the order status.
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
1. Incorrect product supplied
2. Product received in damaged condition during transit
3. Manufacturing defect verified by our team
If any of the above issues occur, customers must notify us within 3–5 days of receiving the product.
Refunds will only be processed after the issue is verified by Airbond.
Once the returned product is received, our technical team will inspect the product to determine the issue.
After successful verification, we may :
1. Provide a replacement product
2. Repair the product
3. Issue a refund if applicable
Shipping charges for returns may vary depending on the reason for the return.
1. If the issue is due to an Airbond manufacturing defect or incorrect shipment, return shipping may be covered by us.
2. If the return is requested for other reasons, shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds may not be applicable in the following cases:
1. Damage caused by improper use
2. Unauthorized modifications or repairs
3. Normal wear and tear
4. Orders cancelled after dispatch
Airbond reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
